Roctane Energy Gel
Created for demanding training and competition, GU Roctane Energy Gel differs from GU Energy with more sodium, electrolytes to aid hydration and even more branched-chain amino acids (leucine, valine and isoleucine) to reduce mental fatigue and muscle damage.
The amino acid Beta-alanine* helps in the formation of carnosine (strong antioxidant power), while OKG (alpha ketoglutarate ornithine) promotes muscle rebuilding. This 100-calorie pack contains carbohydrates (maltodextrin and fructose) that use non-competing pathways to maximize carbohydrate uptake and utilization and decrease stomach stress.
