Its shelves are constructed from oval tubing, creating an easy-on, easy-off operation. Its five shelves and slides are universal, giving it the ability to hold either 10″ x 30″ or 12″ x 30″ platters. This Platter Rack comes standard with four 5″ platform type swivel casters for easy mobility.
